getagenxy.com uses NO advertising, marketing or targeting cookies. Only the following two groups are used:

3. Legal Basis
Processing of personal data via cookies is carried out under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK):
- Strictly necessary cookie: KVKK Art. 5/2 (in particular 5/2-f — legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm the data subject’s fundamental rights), without explicit consent.
- Analytics cookies: KVKK Art. 5/1 — based on your explicit consent.
Our practice follows the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s “Guidelines on Cookie Practices” (June 2022).
4. Consent and Withdrawal
No analytics cookie is placed on your device unless you select “Accept” in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you choose “Reject” or close the banner, no analytics cookie runs.
You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing the agx_cookie_consent entry/cookies (you will be asked again on your next visit) or via your browser settings below.
5. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). To opt out of Google Analytics at browser level: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie may prevent us from remembering your choice.
6. Third Party (Google) and International Transfer
Analytics cookies operate through Google Analytics 4. The resulting statistical data is processed by Google and may be transferred abroad to Google’s servers. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
Any international transfer is carried out under KVKK Art. 9, based on the appropriate safeguards of the standard contract (Standard Contractual Clauses) / data processing terms concluded with Google. See Google’s Cookie Policy.
